The case I have is very much like the one on the Model 21 sight - but the LOM pictured is a single barreled gun case. Mine is double.

I have the original LOM case for my Model 21 made in 1947. The case in question has same leather and coloring, etc. The description of the Winchester case pictured on the model 21 site states that it is available in a two barrel configuration, but that configuration is not shown in the ad.

This is a really nice case. I bought it expecting to buy a M 21 two barrel 16 gauge set. The deal never happened, so I have a 'spare' case for a 28" barreled M 21.
