Talking to a friend of mine, fell and broke stock where the tang is. Didn't realize it was broke till he looked down at it and saw a piece of wood missing around the tang area. Went back to where he fell and no wood, so he figures it must have been cracked through and then fell off while walking or shooting at a bird.
Any help as to where he might find a new stock or if a stock is still available for an Ithaca 200E.
Thanks.

Hi JDW:

I have been looking for a gun like this for a restocking project. If you wish to sell this gun, kindly call me at 717-536-3334.

Are you interested in a 200e in 12 gage?

I know we have one around here somewhere, from a gun of ours that we re stocked. Will do some digging around out in the garage, and if I can find it, will let you know. It aint pretty or perfect but would get you by.

Franchi, the gun is not mine and he definetly would not sell it. Owned it since new, and shoots a lot of pen raised birds every year on his gun club. I think he paid about $200 for it 30 years ago. I just talked to him and he said that he now shooting his 20ga Browning Superposed from the late 60's and doesn't like it as much.

Kraft, thanks for the response and your time.

David
