Pretty. However, all of that oxidation inside the receiver is rather loud now. Yikes....rust never sleeps. French gray may only be a poor facade for that thing.

Curing stock blanks w/salt to speed up the process & improve the bottom line.

What could possibly go wrong?

I guess the bean counters overruled the gunmakers.

I thought that Bee guy was supposed to be a great engraver. But the borders of little circles still look like they were stamped after a night of heavy drinking. I'm not impressed with the scroll and game scenes either. But like I said before, I've been spoiled by the engraving on my Lefevers.

I see you decided to not attempt to fool people into thinking that the near finished stock of figured thin shell walnut came from a feather crotch Black Walnut blank. Good to see you gave up on that pathetic ruse. It was interesting to see that a couple guys have such poor vision that they weren't able to see that those pictures of the blank and the near finished stock weren't even from the same species of walnut, let alone the same tree.

I also agree with buzz about that awful pitting. I bet some future owner will be thrilled to see that if and when he pulls the stock.

I'm pretty sure the truth will precipitate another incandescent display of idiocy from you. Happy holidays Bob.

Angelo Bee is in his mid 80s. Pretty impressive for an octogenarian in terms of the work. I wonder what the Mona Lisa would have looked like had Leonardo da Vinci done that work in his 80s? I heard Angelo owns the only Superposed baby frame .410 in existence. Cool factor there.
