Me too- great book and research. Silvio is "Numero Uno" in his research and attention to detail as editor, and I enjoy his writing style as well. No other writer of fiction, whether novels, novellas, or short stories was in Hemingway's class, especially in his "prime years of production- 1926-1941--

Of all his novels, my favorite is "Islands In The Stream" and for short stories- I'm torn between the two he created while with Pauline in 1933 in Africa: "The Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber", and "The Snows of Kilamanjaro"--Te Salude, Don Ernesto!!
