You're well aware that ocare took significant control over one sixth of the entire US economy. There have been huge regulatory incursions into energy, water usage, green policy, etc, etc. Easily you could see how someone with a pen and phone could make job friendly decisions. All it requires is for you to overcome your racism and intolerance and in the blink of an eye you could justify not wondering.
