The camps I've usually stayed in have consisted of personal tents with a lantern or two hanging on some P-cord, with the bathroom consisting of a hole dug in the ground and a roll of toilet paper hanging on a tree limb.

I did stay in an old hotel in the abandoned town of Iditarod on a moose hunt. I slept like a log on the wood plank floor in my sleeping bag, the other two I was hunting with, not so well-wimps! When I asked how they had slept, one commented; "not worth a f&*k, between your snoring and the hard floor, I don't think I slept all night." Come to think of it I slept in an old abandoned shed on a caribou/moose hunt as well, on Kaskanak Creek off the Kvichak River. I slept fairly well in that shack also. Very primitive, but it kept the rain off.

Some very good memories of most all hunts.
