o really...then how do you esplain the very fact that the constitution includes the right and power of the people to amend it via their elected representatives?
and how do you esplain that part of the constitution that created the supreme court, with the power to rule on the constitutionality of non constitutional legislation?
have you ever read the federal constitution and all of its amendments? i doubt it.
