You can do what I used to do and take modern plastic shells and cut the case down with a razor blade. That way you can use 209 primers too. Everything else is the same per TofTW's directions, in fact I used to use 9 gauge wads as well though 10 gauge would've worked better in the thicker plastic shell (I had a bunch of 9 gauge wads left over from a 9 gauge muzzle loader).
