I don't know how to get the information to the tab you mentioned, but here is all the contact info for Army & Navy CSL records.
dutyarch@archives.gla.ac.uk Correspondence can be sent to William Bill
Archives Technician
If you send them an e-mail with the gun # and barrel # they will respond with who originally purchased the gun, the year purchased, and the purchase price.
If you want a copy of the journal entries you need to pay for it by snail mail (or this was the case in 2008) and I sent a personal check. The cost in 2008 was 23.5 pounds. The journal entries are not as complete as you might think, e.g. they don't provide the amount of original choke or stock dimensions. They give you a brief description of the gun and who finished it along with seller info e.g. order #, cost codes, date of invoice, a column with notes about the gun, remarks etc.
They also have many of the orginal catalogs and you may be able to get a copy of the pages pertaining to your gun. I don't recall what that cost me.
They are fairly responsive and I think I got an answer to my e-mail in 5 or 6 business days. They also sent the hard copy promptly.
