I have limited 'smithing skills, but I have done it without consequence. This link helped:

The axle at the bottom rear that runs crosswise is locked by a small allen on the inside bottom left.So do not pound away until it is released. The top lever can be ugly.Turn the action upside dowm and using a thin punch go through the opening in the locking bolt and tap,tap the lever out of the action.May be lots of taps as the bottom of the lever has a dog-leg that fits into the bolt and the tapping makes it fold back so that the whole thing will come out. When releasing the ejector hammer springs,be careful as they can jump across a 30 foot shop.I have done many and they are easy after the first few. Apart and back in about an hour. Check the mainsprings as they shorten afer a few years or 25 thousand shots causing misfires; only a few dollars from Brownells. Or, get a book on it and remember that it is somewhat like and much unlike the Superposed.
