Just a "heads up" for anyone interested. Sporting Collectibles is offering a copy of Crawford's book at $75.00. That's about as cheap as you'll ever find it. Fortunately I already have mine.

Hard to find. There are two editions, the first in paperback and published in America and the second is a much extended hardback published in the U.K. Lagopus.....
