I have some pics of the gun but really don't have an easy way to post them. I can shoot them to one of you guys in an email if you could help post.

The guy selling has two of thesethings just alike. The one in the pics is the worse one. The other is about 95%. They say they only made 32500 of the model 21's. These were 320xx. So they were some of the last few made.

Please help if you can.

I think I got it. We'll see. By the way those are finger smudges on the stocks. Like I said, cleans up to about an 90% gun.

Mike, Looks like a trap model, do you know what he's asking?

It is a trap model. He's asking $5000 for this one and a little more for the other. It's hard for me to come off of that kind of cash if they aren't original.

They appear to be the real wood hydro coil style stocks (not original hydro coil) made by a fellow in California. You could check with him by sending pictures to him as soon as we figure out his name.

OK, that was quick. His name is Joe Shiozaki, he makes high end real wood hydro coil type stocks that are used in the clay target games. They are referred to as "JS Air Cushion" stocks. No, they won't raise the value of a Model 21, but they may be coveted by some shooters. If you want more information, email me at wilmrph@verizon.net Bill M.

By the way, Mike, some Model 21s in the 32,000 range were made in the fifties. Your gun has a checkering pattern on the forend that indicates manufacture of mid fifties or later, but maybe not much later. You need a Cody letter on each gun.

Mike, If you really look around I think he will get that kind of money for that gun. I think it is hard to find a decent 21 for less than that? Bill

Check the for sale section. Mine is priced less than that. Granted, its not a trap grade, but doesn't need a new stock either. JW
