Hello,
I need some input on the kimber shotguns for a friend. I need information on both the valier and the marias model. Please opine on both models and variations. I know kimber dropped them after two or so years but supposedly brought the quality up. I also understand that they closed the marias out at $3500. I am gathering information so feal free to blast away. Just remember I have no dog in this hunt.
Regards
John McClure

Well, you asked for it.....Way overpriced, too heavy, lack finish quality......Probably a good quality product, not done up well I am speaking of the Valier, dunno much about the marias...Valier is the same as the new "Hatfield" seen every now and then...It was a good idea, poorly executed......

The Valier that I handled was too heavy for a game gun. I two Huglu guns and am happy with both. I would assume the Valier is similar quality, if you could pick one up for cheap, I'd take it.
