Scaled frame. Only SxS I still have is my BSS Sporter 20.

Go for the "Sporter".
English stock and a semi Beavertail forend.

Better yet, go for the BSS-Sidelock. After having a BSS sporter in 12 ga., I picked up the BSS-sidelocks in 12 & 20 ga. and love them. Sold the BSS sporter and never looked back.

Easy for you to say. That's a difference of about $2K vs $5K for a 20ga/28", if you can find one.

On the other side of that coin, Wonko could look for a Miroku (Charles Daly) Model 500. Basically the same gun as the BSS (both made by Miroku), but a bit lighter and about half the cost.

I had looked a few years for the sidelocks, and after finding them finally pulled the trigger. I was very fortunate to find them, as I looked high and low for them. They will be the last ones to leave the safe for sure.
