According to the PGCA Webmaster, the PGCA website is down due to a cut wire somewhere along the NH/MA border in the Portsmouth area which serves the PGCA server. Fairpoint Communications linemen are currently on strike so it's anybody's guess as to how long it will be down.

We had a very bad storm of heavy snow @ Thanksgiving, lots of phones and power went out in Southern part of state. Fairpoint is by far the worst of the phone co's up here,they just don't care and cust service is useless.
I know a guy who had to pay the FP guys $100 on the side to get them to fix his phones rather then wait more then a week for the "normal" service schedule

All fixed. It's ok to stop wasting your time over here now.
